The Law Has Changed.
Your Family Has Changed.
Has Your Estate Plan Kept Up?
Since we built your estate plan together, the world hasn’t stood still. The Client Care Program is how former clients of Legacy Law Solutions make sure their plan keeps up.
The laws governing estate planning don’t stand still. Neither do you, your family, or the asset values and circumstances that shaped your original plan.
An estate plan carefully built for your life as recently as three years ago may have real gaps today, and most of those gaps stay invisible until they become your family’s problem to solve.
The Client Care Program gives you a structured, ongoing relationship with the attorney who knows your plan, so your plan reflects where your life actually is.
$847 during the current period. Enrollment closes in…

A Note from Matthew
The Client Care Program came out of conversations I kept having with former clients. People who called the office years after we finished their documents, a little uncertain whether their plan still made sense, not sure if they needed a full review or just a quick answer.
Most of the time, they needed both. And there was no clean way to provide that without starting from scratch each time.
This program is my answer to that problem. It’s designed to give former clients a standing relationship with our office, so the question of “who do I call?” is already answered before anything happens.
I know your plan. I know what we built and why. This program is how we keep that work current.

Who This is For
This program exists because of clients like you, people who took planning seriously, worked with our firm to get their plan right, and now want a clear, ongoing relationship to keep that plan current.
You already did something most people never get around to.
The Client Care Program is available exclusively to former clients who completed their plan with Legacy Law Solutions. It’s not offered to the general public. It was built for people like you who already have a foundation in place and understand that a plan, like anything of value, benefits from regular attention.
This program is for you if you want the peace of mind that comes with a scheduled annual review and a reliable place to turn when questions arise.
What’s Included?
An annual estate plan review meeting with your attorney. Once a year, you meet in person or by Zoom with an attorney who knows your plan and reviews it in the context of where your life is now. Not a generic checklist. A real conversation about where things stand.
An update to your existing plan. If something in your life warrants a change, whether a new trustee, a different executor, or updated percentages among existing beneficiaries, that update is handled within your membership. No separate invoice, no guesswork about whether it’s covered.
Ongoing phone and email access. Between reviews, you have a clear place to turn with questions. If a family change occurs, a new law raises questions, or something in your plan needs a second look, you can reach our office directly. We’ll give you guidance, context, and honest answers about whether further action is warranted.
Quarterly client events and education. Estate planning law moves. You’ll be invited to events and programs that keep you informed, without having to go find the information yourself.
20% discount on additional estate planning services. If you have more extensive changes, you’ll receive a 20% discount on any additional work. You’ll always know what’s in scope and what isn’t before any work begins.
Family Meeting —
Enrollment Period Benefit
One of the most valuable things you can do for your family costs you nothing extra right now.
Clients who join the Client Care Program during this enrollment period may schedule one optional family meeting in their first year.
Here’s why this matters. Most estate plan failures don’t happen in an attorney’s office. They happen at a kitchen table, weeks after a death or incapacity, when adult children are trying to figure out what Mom or Dad wanted and nobody really knows. Roles are unclear. Expectations are misaligned. Decisions get delayed or disputed.
The family meeting is designed to close that gap. It’s a conversation with your family, your adult children, your successor trustee, your agent under power of attorney, to explain your plan at a high level, and to make sure everyone understands their roles before they ever have to fill them.
This is not a meeting to revisit or revise your plan. It’s a meeting to make sure your family understands it.
This benefit is available only to clients who enroll before October 31, 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this required?
No. The Client Care Program is optional. Some former clients prefer to return only when a significant life change prompts them to, and that’s a legitimate choice. But if you want a regular review cadence and an ongoing relationship with our office, this program gives you exactly that.
Does this include unlimited legal work?
No. The Client Care Program covers your annual review, an update to your existing plan limited to changing decision makers and the percentages beneficiaries will receive, and ongoing guidance for questions that come up between visits. If you require additional planning, such as adding new beneficiaries, removing beneficiaries, or changing the structure of your plan, we’ll discuss that with you and explain what’s involved before anything is done. As a Client Care Program member, you’ll receive a 20% discount on any additional services. No surprises, no unexplained invoices.
What happens after I enroll?
Once you complete enrollment, our team will send you the Client Care Program agreement for your review and signature. We’ll then reach out to schedule your first annual review meeting at a time that works for you. From that point forward, our office is available by phone and email for questions that come up between visits, and you’ll begin receiving invitations to our quarterly client events.
Can I meet in person?
Yes. Review meetings can be held in person at our office or by Zoom, depending on your preference and scheduling.
You already have a plan.
This is how you make sure it still works.
If you’re on this page, you know estate planning matters. But you’re uncertain whether anything has changed enough to warrant attention right now. That’s exactly the question the Client Care Program is designed to answer, meeting once a year with the attorney who knows your plan, before a gap becomes your family’s problem to solve.
The assets you’ve built, the people you’re protecting, the decisions you made when we created your plan — none of that stays current on its own. The Client Care Program gives you an annual review, an ongoing relationship with us, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing your plan still reflects what you want.
Enrollment is open through October 31, 2026. After that date, the family meeting benefit is no longer included and the annual fee increases to $995.
