What is LegacyCheck 360™?

It’s a comprehensive, attorney-led review of the estate planning documents you already have — your revocable living trust, will, powers of attorney, advance health care directive, real property deeds, and asset alignment.

Every document is checked point by point against a firm-built review checklist, and every finding is personally verified by a supervising attorney before it ever reaches you. Nothing is rewritten without your say-so — this is a diagnosis, not a redraft.

“The trust is only as good as what’s actually inside it.” That’s the gap most plans never get checked for — until it’s too late to fix.

What gets reviewed

Whether your plan came from a DIY platform, another attorney, or your own filing cabinet, we review it the same rigorous way.

01

Revocable living trust

Validity, trustee succession, and whether the trust actually holds what you think it does.

02

Will & powers of attorney

Named agents, execution formalities, and whether they still reflect your wishes.

03

Advance health care directive

Whether your medical wishes and decision-makers are current and enforceable.

04

Deeds & property funding

Whether real property was actually retitled into your trust — a common, costly gap.

05

Asset & beneficiary alignment

Accounts, policies, and designations checked against your overall plan.

06

State-specific considerations

Tax, property, and long-term-care provisions relevant to where you live.

The kind of thing we catch

These are the sort of gaps that look fine on the surface — and only surface at the worst possible moment.

Names that don’t quite match

A successor agent’s name spelled two different ways across documents, enough for a bank to refuse to honor it.

An asset that was never moved

Business or investment property never actually retitled into the trust, years after signing

A box nobody checked

A health care directive with a key decision left blank, which can force a hospital to fall back on default rules

Is this for you?

Your plan was created through an online or DIY service

It’s been three or more years since anyone reviewed it

You’re a trustee or adult child unsure if a parent’s plan is sound

You simply want to know where you stand, before it’s tested

You’re concerned about probate, long-term care, or asset protection

You’ve had a marriage, divorce, birth, death, or move since it was drafted

Common questions

How long does the review take?

Most reviews are completed within about 60–90 minutes of attorney time, with a typical turnaround of five business days. A 48-hour rush option is available.

Do I need to redo my entire plan?

Usually not. Most reviews turn up specific, fixable gaps rather than a plan that needs to be scrapped and started over.

Is the review confidential?

Yes. Your documents and findings are handled under the same confidentiality standards as any other attorney engagement.

Am I obligated to hire you for any fixes?

No. The review is a stand-alone engagement. If you’d like our help implementing the recommendations, that work is quoted separately.

Don’t leave your legacy to chance.

A single review now can prevent months of probate, legal fees, and stress in the future.
