Theresa N. Alvarado is an estate planning and probate attorney based in San Antonio, Texas. She has a unique blend of legal knowledge and financial insight. Before becoming an attorney, she spent more than six years in the financial industry, where she developed a strong understanding of wealth management, risk assessment, and client-focused service — experience that guides her practical and strategic approach to legal problem-solving.

Theresa served honorably in the United States Marine Corps and still lives by the core values: honor, courage, commitment. She later earned her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), equipping her with both the legal and business acumen to guide clients through complex personal and financial decisions.
